Baby Boomers are not buying into the old stereotypes. They want to enjoy their mature years, and live actively, positively, longer, work and play harder, and stays active. Llife still holds plenty of promise and surprises.

However, the generation that vowed to stay forever young is coming up on a major milestone. Old age is creeping up on them. Many people in the "baby boomer" generation are staying active as they age. This is healthy. But playing team sports, jogging or doing other high impact activities that repeatedly pound, twist and turn the knees can stress aging joints.

Enjoy your life, but remember you are not a kid anymore.
