Wyoming Baby Boomer Resource

Wyoming is an excellent state for baby boomers to call home. Housing is reasonable, lots are large, small ranches are available and Wyoming does not have an individual income tax. Beauty and diversity in its grand landscape and the vast lands of Wyoming are an outdoor enthusiast's playground mecca.

The state boasts two national parks, Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park. The pristine waters of Wyoming have been called a fisherman's paradise with twenty two species of game fish, including six varieties of trout. If ever there was a state that symbolized the open range promise of the American West it's Wyoming.

Wyoming has a varied climate because of its topographical diversity ranging from high mountain peaks to undulating valleys to wide open plains. Most often the climate is categorized as semiarid. Summer nights are almost invariably cool.

This great state offers an abundance of beauty, wide open spaces, kind and warm communities, that often brings a greater quality of life. Baby boomers with an outdoor bent might want to give Wyoming a close look!
